An outstanding New Zealander and our greatest music ambassador, from the early quartet to his solo career on the international stage, fellow artists' honour with song, the man, his music, his spirit and his extraordinary life. It is a night of love, laughter and great songs. A night to celebrate a man who has given so much of himself to the New Zealand music industry.
Hosted by Pio Terei and staged at the Civic Theatre in Howard's hometown of Rotorua, some of the artists performing include Dame Malvina Major, John Rowles, Frankie Stevens, Tiki Taane, Tim Beveridge, Tina Cross, Jackie Clarke, Suzanne Lynch, Taisha, Ray Woolf, Elizabeth Marvelly, Ben Makisi, Spacifix, Howard Morrison Jnr, The Brown Brothers plus a few special surprises! This show is unlike any show seen before, honouring a man who has done more than any other entertainer in New Zealand.
