The presiding judge in the David Bain trial has granted ONE News permission to broadcast the 111 call Bain made on the morning of the murders.
When the tape was played earlier in the trial, the judge ruled at the time it could not be broadcast.
However, when the jury requested to replay the 111 emergency call on Friday, the judge allowed the tape to be broadcast.
When the tape was originally played, the Crown focussed on exactly what Bain told emergency services.
He was questioned about why he had said in the call, "Help they're all dead", when he had only seen two of the bodies of his family members.
