Richard Williams - cameraman
Richard Williams is one of Country Calendar's regular cameramen and has worked in television for 36 years.
He has worked on many other series including Taste New Zealand, Rural Delivery, Maggie's Garden Show, Assignment and Wild About New Zealand.
He shot the 90-minute documentary "A Question of Justice" which examined the Bain murders prior to David Bain's release, and was recognised in the Banff Rockie Awards and the New Zealand Television Awards. Other documentaries include 'The Lost Dinosaurs' and 'Monsters of the Deep', both shown on the Discovery Channel, and 'The Bug House' and 'The Sir Howard Morrison Story'.
Richard lives in Hawkes Bay and travels all over the North Island - and occasionally further afield - to shoot for Country Calendar.
He says he loves working on the show. "Country Calendar maintains top production standards which help us on the crew to do justice to the brilliant locations and the diversity of characters that we meet."
