Kerryanne Evans - reporter & director
Kerryanne Evans has been a journalist for 35 years, starting her career at Radio New Zealand in Napier.
After joining TVNZ she was a founding reporter of the Holmes programme and later spent eight years working on the Assignment current affairs programme.
Growing up in Hawke's Bay, Kerryanne spent plenty of time with her cousins on family farms - her fondest memories being the picnic lunches and cakes made in large roasting dishes for the crowds that would gather during shearing and docking.
With friends and family still farming along the North Island's East Coast, Kerryanne enjoys introducing her Auckland-based family to the pleasures of rural life whenever she can.
