Jeff Aldridge - cameraman
Jeff Aldridge was brought up in Mosgiel, near Dunedin, and began working at TVNZ in Dunedin over 30 years ago. He moved to Queenstown 15 years ago, drawn by the mountains and the sports activities that go with them.
His love for the outdoors and extreme sports has seen him travel the world on television projects for Discovery, National Geographic and all the major US networks.
While in New Zealand he enjoys any excuse to get into the mountains - especially on a Country Calendar shoot.
Jeff describes Country Calendar as a cameraman's dream - for both the landscapes and the people he encounters. "I love a good story and the shows give me the chance to produce pictures that document people that work so tirelessly in some of the most remote parts of the country."
