The All Blacks have their final hitout on Thursday evening ahead of Sunday morning's test against the French.
With Conrad Smith and Luke McAlister paired for the first time, the midfield needs all the time it can get to gel.
Smith has said so far, so good after they had a heavy defensive session on Thursday morning and things went pretty well.
Apparently they've known since before leaving for the tour they'd be playing together as midfield, so there's already been plenty of off-the-field work.
Smith added that further work with McAlister and the wingers will see them get even stronger.
The All Blacks have one last session tonight before jumping on the TGV fast train from Marseilles to Lyon.
