A familiar figure is set to link up again with the All Blacks in southern France.
Tana Umaga has been invited to spend some time in the camp, given he is playing for Toulon which is just a 40 minute drive from the squad's current base in Marseilles.
All Blacks coach Graham Henry hopes Umaga can make it and says they did discuss the opportunity of Umaga joining up with the squad in Lyon and Paris before the former skipper left home.
Henry says Umaga's presence will mean a lot to all the players.
The new All Blacks 15 has its first full hit-out on Wednesday in Marseilles.
