Citizens Advice Bureaux provide free, confidential information and advice to anyone with any query or problem. Whether you're about to be thrown out of your flat, want information on local services or advice on how to deal with a neighbour, their trained volunteers are there to help. They'll discuss your options with you and give you contact details for any services or organisations that might be able to assist you further.
The Citizens Advice Service is provided from 88 locations throughout the country. Their free phone service (0800 FOR CAB/0800 367 222) will connect you to your nearest bureau at no cost.
Citizens Advice is also committed to using the information it receives to build a picture of what is affecting our communities, and to influence social policies and services both locally and nationally.
