New Zealand's Scott Dixon has gone back to the top of the Indy Car series after a comfortable win in Ohio.
He cruised to victory looking comfortable throughout the entire race after taking the lead with a clever manuoerve in the 37th lap of the race.
It was Dixon's fourth win this season and just the second time he has taken the chequered flag on a road course (and his first since Edmonton last season).
Monday's victory means the New Zealander goes three points clear
in the race for the Indy Car championship.
Flawless race
It was a flawless race by the 28-year-old with the ESPN commentors not that he "had not put a wheel wrong during the entire race".
Dixon has also driven into Indy Car history with his 20th career victory to become the all-time winningest driver in Indy Car history.
Dixon had previously been tied with Sam Hornish Jr on nineteen victories.
The New Zealander paid tribute to his engineering team after the win.
"It was a breeze to drive today" he told ESPN.
Sharing the podium with Dixon was Ryan Briscoe (2nd) and Dario Franchetti (3rd).
