Finance co faces investigation

Another collapsed finance company is being investigated by the Serious Fraud Office.

Clegg and Co Finance Ltd went into receivership in October 2007 owing $15 million.

The SFO is now looking into possible offending around the amounts the company was lending to related parties.

Director Grant Liddell says this is the sixth finance company to be investigated, and he expects it to take some time.
