Wellington's Karl Purdie has become New Zealand's latest world
champion sailor.
He's won the OK Dinghy world championship in Germany, fighting
off 91 sailors from seven countries to win the title.
Purdie finished 16th on the final day, which has been enough to
secure the gold medal by four points.
