Asian Tour professional Kevin Chun has shown the benefit of his international experience to fire a five-under par 65 in the first round of the Tauranga golf Open
Chun is in a three-way tie for the lead with fellow professional Michael Hendry and leading amateur Scott Johnson in the opening tournament of the Charles Tour.
They have a one shot lead over a trio of amateurs including last years runner-up, Leighton Edwards and the Whangarei pair of Dale Clarke and Gary John Hill.
