Council boss payrise outrage

There has been an outcry to the $68,000 payrise of Christchurch City Council Chief Executive Tony Marryatt.

Reporter Abby Scott takes us through the saga, while joining Close Up to discuss the issue is Christchurch Mayor Bob Parker, and Reverend Mike Coleman from the Wider Earthquake Communities Action Network.
