One for the animal lovers - a tale of a cat that came back after two and a half years on the run, thanks to the kindness of strangers. The pedigree Birman went missing from Auckland's North Shore back in 2006. Remarkably, he was discovered just before Christmas, more than  60 kilometres from home on the other side of Auckland near the Bombay Hills. Matt Chisholm with Vitamin's tale.
