Time magazine reckons she's one of the most influential people on earth. And at just 16 years old .. that's not shabby. But Miley Cyrus has packed a lot into her short life and is no stranger to the limelight.

She was a babe-in-arms when her father Billy Ray Cyrus tortured the world with his hit single Achy Breaky Heart but these days though she's earning her keep all on her own - $60 million last year.

There's an awful lot of fuss and bother surrounding Miley Cyrus and Dominic Bowden caught up with her and her dad in LA to talk about world domination.
