Close Up talks to one of Hollywood's leading ladies: Hilary Swank.

At 15 she was destitute and living in a trailer park; at 35 she's one of Hollywood's Oscar-winning leading ladies.

Hilary Swank has suffered the ignominy of being booted off the cast of Beverly Hills 90210, had to shave off her hair for Boys Don't Cry, and been busted for "smuggling" an apple through New Zealand Customs.

The actress plays pilot Amelia Earhart in the movie Amelia and spoke to Dominic Bowden.
