Just over a month ago, Nancy Bell took her bright and bubbly little girl for an eye test thinking she may need glasses. But as it turns out, glasses won't help.
Shanade has an agressive and incurable brain tumour, and medically there is nothing that can help her now.
But help comes in many forms, from friends and from complete strangers. Close Up visited Nancy and Shanade and spoke to them about the outpouring of generosity they have witnessed.
