Neighbourhoods right around the country are experiencing mortgagee sales...and every one of those forced sales tells its own unfortunate tale.

Many of those losing their homes never expected to find themselves at the point of the bank's gun.

But while mortgagee sales might mean some buyers snatching a bargain, they are fraught with risk.
