We have all done stupid things after a few drinks but this guy takes the cake.

Dave Chapman decided to change his clothes and looked in the clothes dryer for some underpants.

It is innocent enough, but Dave ended up stuck in the dryer and to add injury to his predicament, he was starkers.

His entire lower region was on display when emergency arrived to extricate him.

Lucky Dave's sense of humour is still intact - he talks to Close Up's Paul Henry with his clothes dryer from Timaru.
