Queen's Counsel Nigel Hampton outlines the options for the David Bain jury and the question of compensation.

Hampton was live on Close Up with Mark Sainsbury on Thursday night and provided details of the options for the jury; guilty, not guilty or a hung (divded) jury.

He also addresses the issue of compensation if Bain is found not guilty, the pressure on the jurors and predicts how long the wait may be for a verdict.
