Angelina Jolie visits war torn countries for the United Nations. Leonardo DiCaprio produces documentaries about the environment. Entertainment heavy weights have long put their names to worthy causes.
And now New Zealand's Keisha Castle-Hughes is adding her voice to political issues.
As an ambassador for Greenpeace she's fronting a campaign called "Sign On", calling for a 40% reduction in emissions by 2020.
But she's pitted herself against Prime Minister John Key, who told a Brisbane audience on Tuesday that Castle-Hughes needs to "stick to acting." He was pretty blunt and it's riled her up.
She joins Mark Sainsbury to discuss the tit-for-tat.
