Earlier this week it was noisy kids on a plane now it's a case of lost luggage - and not just a suitcase with the holiday laundry and pictures of Dreamworld.
When the Brown family got on their Jetstar flight in Sydney they had three baby car seats and a baby stroller. When you're travelling with three pre-schoolers these things are essential but when they landed back home in Auckland, only one car seat turned up.
Jetstar says to just drive home without them - it's not exactly
the most safety conscious advice, in fact it's also illegal.
