Surviving a tough year
It has been a tough year for Canterury and no-one has done it tougher than Brian Coker. He lost both his legs when the PGC building collapsed in February's earthquake but he has not only remained positive, he is back on his feet with the help of artificial legs.

Close Up catch-ups
We catch up with Heather, who is almost a Close Up fixture, having visited four times this year as she tried to get her diabetes under control through diet and exercise.

Then we are off to find Julie, who was the star of Cooking Without Looking.
