2009 hasn't been a great year for Eric Brady.

In February the 85-year-old war veteran was brutally bashed as he left his local RSA and ten months later he feels he's being whacked again - this time by ACC.

Eric needed new dentures after his assault but ACC will only front up for $1115.70 $1500 short of the bill Eric is facing to get his teeth back. How can this be?
