Close Up asks what needs to be done to battle teenage binge drinking in New Zealand.

The death of James Webster and the issue of supplying alcohol to teenagers continues to fuel debate across the country. 

Close Up takes a look at the implications of proposed law changes, some of which could see parents criminally responsible.

Geoff Munro from the Australian Drug Foundation in Melbourne spoke to Close Up about the issue. Bradley Fenner, headmaster of Kings' College where James Webster attended school, also appeared on Close Up, as well as liquor licensing inspector Paul Radich, who sees the fallout from teen drinking every weekend.
