Against all odds, Phil Spring appeared to have it all.

The tetreplegic lived with his wife in a plush mansion and had just opened his dream venture - a new age theme park called Motionworld.

But, reality bites.

And the self appointed Walt Disney of the Manawatu is now losing the lot.

His marriage is over, the house is on the market and his business is crumbling.

He's left with the clothes on his back and that's it.
