Life's been cruel to Maree Vaile and her family,  and it is not about to get any better.

Thirteen years ago she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Before her diagnosis, she took out a life insurance policy through her bank, but the insurance company is refusing to pay it out.

It says Maree had ticked a wrong box all those years ago.

Now the Vailes are desperately trying to get justice for Maree.
