A New Zealand couple has been left grieving and in turmoil after a Canadian billionaire took out a high court injunction to stop them burying their son on their plot of land in Fiji.
Alex Chambers-Lynch, 22, died of a brain tumour two weeks ago.
His parents successfully sought Fijian government permission to bury him on their section on the exclusive Wakaya Island, off the east coast of the country.
But they were stunned when they were warned off doing so by the owner of a resort on the island, who served them with an injunction.
