Harry Connick Jnr seems like Mr Perfect - he is good looking, smooth talking, incredibly talented and not just as a musician but as an actor too.
On the eve of his New Zealand tour, the US star met Tim Wilson at the New York bar and restaurant that gave him his first gig, aged 18.
Connick reminisced about the good old days, fessed up about his least favourite body part, and gave Tim a piano lesson he won't forget.
The singer is expected on these shores within the next few days.
He will perform in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Note:

James Hay Theatre.
