Imagine this situation - you hire a campervan. You are cautious and take the most expensive insurance option for zero liability which in this case costs $700.

Then you have what you believe is obviously an accident when the van is literally blown off the road by a strong gust of wind. You're clearly covered you think?

But no the campervan company says it's not an accident; it's act of god.

The insurance is worthless and to add insult to injury the insurance company hits you up for $20,000 damage and puts the debt collector on your tail.
