A new website to help house hunters with land and market information is due to go online on Thursday.
The New Zealand Herald reports that, zoodle.co.nz, which goes live on Thursday morning, brings together market information from realestate.co.nz and land and property data from Terralink International.
It also draws on data from other sources such as Quotable Value, Statistics New Zealand and the Real Estate Institute.
Alistair Helm of realestate.co.nz told the Herald that the information will help house hunters to become more savvy on the property market, without having to rely on their real estate agent.
The site will also host information such as suburb profiles written by zoodle.co.nz users.
