TrustPower Ltd is selling $125 million of fixed-rate bonds to the public in an offer which opens on Friday.

The offer comprises $75m of five-year bonds paying 7.6% per annum, and $50m of seven-year bonds paying 8 percent per annum.

TrustPower can accept oversubscriptions of up to $50m.

The offer will be open until December 18.
