Blue Chip co-founder Mark Bryers is facing four new charges.

The Ministry of Economic Development's National Enforcement Unit brought the new charges on Tuesday for alleged breaches of the Financial Reporting Act 1993.

The charges relate to Bryers time as director of Northern Crest Investments, The Dominion Post reported.

They related to financial statements not completed and signed, group financial statements not completed and signed, financial statements not audited and financial statements not delivered to the Registrar of Companies for registration.

The new charges add to 69 Bryers already faces in relation to Blue Chip.
