DNZ expected to announce float

The float of DNZ Property Group, with an initial market capitalisation close to $800 million, is expected to be announced next week.

Fund managers and professional investors are studying DNZ Property Group's prospectus document, to be issued before its float on the NZX next month, The New Zealand Herald reported on Friday.

DNZ has 61 commercial office, retail and industrial properties nationwide.

Earlier this month it appointed former Brook Asset Management executive chairman Simon Botherway to the group's board.
