When it comes to your financial response to the recession, are you a crash dieter or a vulture?

M&C Saatchi's New Zealand CEO Nick Baylis says the habits of consumers are changing dramatically and companies that adopt a wait and see approach to their market will be left behind.

He says companies need to learn about the different types of consumer behaviours and adapt to them.
