Air New Zealand has been voted the country's most attractive employer for the second year running by a human resources company.
More than 7000 New Zealanders chose the airline as the winner of the Randstad awards.
Air New Zealand took out the top spot for strong management, interesting job content, salary and employee benefits and good training.
Paul Robinson, director of Randstad, said it is fantastic to see Air New Zealand win two years in a row and reaffirms the country's support for the national airline.
TVNZ was named the second most attractive company to work for, moving up a place after being named third in 2011.
The third spot on the podium went to New Zealand Customs Service, with the organisation also taking out the most attractive public sector award.
In the education sector, the University of Auckland won the title for the most attractive employer.
Overall, long-term job security and financially healthy organisations rank as the most important factors when seeking an employer.
