What happened in episode one?

Jodie joins her three oldest friends for drinks - and
drunkenly pronounces how much she wishes her husband Brian were
dead.
Later that night, after an argument, Brian is the victim of a
bizarre accident and ends up on the kitchen floor with a broken
piece of his bong in his neck. He's dead - and it doesn't look like
an accident.
Uh oh.
Denise and Theresa try to help Jodie to dispose of his body but
it's not easy as a television crew and a booze bus get in the
way. Finally, they decide to bury Brian closer to home, in the
vacant lot over Jodie's back fence.
But, come morning, the full implications start to hit the women.
What will Jodie tell the kids? What do they tell the world?
Enter Gerri - she wasn't there for the dirty work but she can make
them all look squeaky clean.
