Emily Vancamp plays Rebecca Harper
Already with an impressive body of work in film and television, Emily VanCamp is quickly emerging as one of Hollywood's most sought-after talents.
VanCamp starred on the critically acclaimed drama "Everwood" opposite Treat Williams and Gregory Smith. She portrayed Amy Abbott, the sensitive beauty who quickly steals Ephram's (Gregory Smith) heart.
VanCamp also starred as Kate in the upcoming thriller "Carriers"
for Paramount. The film, written and directed by Alex and David
Pastor, revolves around four friends trying to escape a viral
pandemic in the American West who discover that they are more
dangerous to one another than any virus.
VanCamp recently appeared in "The Ring 2", co-starring with Naomi Watts and Simon Baker.
Other feature film credits include the Sundance Film Festival hit "Lost & Delirious", "No Good Deed", with Samuel L. Jackson, "A Different Loyalty", with Sharon Stone, and "Black Irish", with Michael Angarano and Brendan Gleeson.
VanCamp also portrayed young Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis in the miniseries "Jackie O: A Life Story", and was a series regular on The WB series "Glory Days".
Born and raised in Port Perry, Ontario, VanCamp has been
performing as a dancer since the young age of three.
At 12, she moved to Montreal after being accepted into the prestigious L'École Supérieure de Danse de Québec, the official training program of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens.
It was when her older sister, Katie, also a dancer, was cast as a ballerina in a film that VanCamp fell in love with acting while visiting the set.
