  • Breakfast presenter Toni Street welcomes baby girl

Toni Street is the host of TV ONE's Breakfast programme with Rawdon Christie.

In 2012 she hosted the Saturday Breakfast show before taking maternity leave following the birth of her first child, a daughter named Juliette Ellen.

Before joining the Breakfast team, Toni was a ONE news sport reporter and presenter for seven years.

She won a sporting scholarship to Lincoln University where she played cricket and studied commerce.

After graduation, Toni did a post-graduate diploma at Canterbury University which led to a six-month internship at TVNZ's newsroom in 2006.

From there she was appointed to the ONE News sports desk where she worked as a reporter and also presented live sporting events and sport news bulletins.

She was also a roving reporter at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
