Mix together the following : Juice of 1 lemon, zest of half a lemon, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1 heaped tsp Dijon mustard, 2 Tbsp apple syrup (or you could use 1 Tbsp runny honey,) 2 Tbsp chopped parsley, salt and pepper, 2 Tbsp garlic aioli (you don't need to add this, but if you have some to hand add it, or if you have a little good quality mayo, add a spoonful) and thin out with good quality olive oil - you will need about 1/4 to 1/3 cup olive oil.
Check seasoning.
Mix well and place in fridge - will keep for a week in the fridge.
