Pippa Wetzell became Breakfast's co-host in
2007.
Wetzell has been right through the ranks at TVNZ, starting out on
the assignments desk in the ONE News newsroom before moving into
reporting and producing roles on Breakfast, Business and
Midday.
She left her most recent full time role as a ONE News reporter
in 2006 to have her first child, returning to TVNZ on a part
time basis early in 2007 to work as Kay Gregory's back up on
Breakfast.
"I have always loved working on and watching Breakfast." she
says.
