Breakfast Winnebago Competition Terms and Conditions:
1. By entering the promotion, entrants accept the terms and
conditions stated above.
2. Entries close 5pm on Friday 11 December 2009. Entries after
this date will not be accepted.
3. The winner will be drawn on Monday 14 December 2009 live in
the Breakfast show TV One at "x"am.
4. The first valid entry from the prize draw will win the
prize.
5. The prize winner will be contacted by phone or email using
the number and email provided on their entry. If the prize winner
cannot be contacted by 5pm Wednesday 16 December 2009 by TVNZ, that
winner will forfeit the prize and it will be redrawn.
6. The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed
between 14 December 2009 and 30 June 2010.
7. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable
for cash.
9. The prize is subject to availability of a suitable or
specific model of Motorhome at the time of redemption.
10. Prize winner must have a current NZ drivers licence and be
able to drive the Winnebago without any restrictions
11. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
12. Personal expenses and incidentals are strictly at the
winner's expense and not included in the prize.
13. The promoters and their agents are not responsible for any
loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury
suffered or sustained during the course of the promotion or
accepting or using the prize.
14. The promoter is Television New Zealand Limited and Freedom
RV New Zealand Limited.
15. Employees of Television New Zealand and Freedom RV New
Zealand Limited and their immediate family are not eligible for
entry.
