Animal abuse
Royal New Zealand SPCA, National Chief Executive Robyn Kippenberger talks about a court case this week where a couple have been charged with neglect for 41 cats. It's reported the couple's sons were arrested after two police officers were shot in Phillipstown and a police dog was killed. Robyn Kippenberger talked about the link between animal abuse leading on to more violent offending.
