This is as much a combination of favourite ingredients as it is a delicious healthy breakfast
1/2 banana
1 mandarin (skin removed)
Fresh mint
A little honey for sweetness
Naturalea unsweetened yoghurt
Calci Trim milk
*Additions - a small spoonful of bran or LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond)
Put in blender or use the Kenwood Triblade and process like crazy and serve and drink right away!
