Breakfast Show Competition notice
Prize includes:
- There are four weekly prizes, each consisting of One pair of
Kathryn Wilson Womens Shoes.
- These prizes will be drawn every Friday during September
2010.
Terms and Conditions:
1. All Entries close 5.30pm Thursday 23rd September 2010.
Weekly draws will close at 5.30pm on the Thursday prior to each
Friday's draw. Entries after this date will not be accepted.
2. The Winners will be drawn on Friday 3rd, 10th, 17th and
24th respectively and each winner will be notified by Pead
PR.
3. In each draw, the first valid entry drawn will win the
prize.
4. Each Winner will be notified by email or phone in the week
following the draw.
5. The prize winners will be contacted by phone or email using
the number and email provided on their entry. If that prize winner
cannot be contacted prior to the next draw (or the 30th of
September) that winner will forfeit the prize and it will be
redrawn.
6. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
7. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash
8. The suppliers will endeavour to supply the winner with
shoes in the correct size as requested, but does not guarantee the
same shoes shown on Breakfast will be available in stock, in which
case an alternative pair of Kathryn Wilson shoes will be
supplied.
9. The prize is subject to availability of a suitable or
specific Kathryn Wilson shoe.
10. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
11. The promoters and their agents are not responsible for any
loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury
suffered or sustained during the course of the promotion or
accepting or using the prize.
12. The promoter is Television New Zealand Limited and ACP
Limited.
13. Employees of Television New Zealand Limited and ACP
Limited and their immediate family are not eligible for
entry.
14. By entering the promotion, entrants accept the terms and
conditions stated above.
