TVNZ 7's Good Word NZ Book Month Debate, timed to celebrate NZ
Book Month, is being filmed in Auckland's stunning St Matthews
Church.
The New Zealand book needs all the celebrating it can get, and with
that in mind the following moot has been decided:
"We still need the great New Zealand novel"
A thrilling, and possibly dangerous panel, has been selected to
take the stage for the debate.
These illustrious guests include The Good Word host, Emily Perkins
(recent Montana Book Award winner), Finlay MacDonald, Jo Randerson,
Selina Tusitala Marsh, Steve Braunias and Roger Hall.
Moderating on the evening will be New Zealand's favourite
thespian, Te Radar.
TVNZ 7 is available on Freeview Channel 7 and SKY Channel 97.
