About the show
A young couple struggles to make it through one important day in
their life together as the outrageous events of 24 hours unfold
over the course of an entire season.
Every episode of this unique high-concept comedy will recount one
day in a young couple's life, chronicling the emotional roller
coaster ride that brings them to the brink of disaster and
back.
On those momentous days - a wedding, the birth of a child, an
anniversary - even the most mundane details can seem like matters
of life and death to the best of couples, and Alice and Danny are
no exception.
As true intentions are misinterpreted, words misspoken, and the
best laid plans gone to waste, control-freak Alice and neurotic
Danny struggle to make it through one big day in their life
together, despite the often ridiculous interference of their
disparate collection of uninhibited family and friends.
This first season sees the couple on the day of their wedding -
and all the disasters and triumphs that happen as they prepare to
tie the knot.
