Breakers forward Oscar Forman has offered a frank assessment of his performances in the opening three games of the ANBL season.

Forman has averaged just five points and 3.7 rebounds to start the campaign, well down on last season's average of 13 points and six rebounds a game.

He says his performances have been unacceptable - scratch that - terrible.

Forman says he wanted to pride himself on his defence and his rebounding this season and neither have come through so far.

Forman is doing extra work after training to improve his fitness as it's lacking after touring with Australia during the off-season.
