- 6 egg white
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups castor sugar
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 3tbsp boiling water
- whipped cream
- kiwi fruits &/or fruits
Beat the egg white until soft peaks form
Blend in castor sugar, vanilla essence, vinegar , boiling water and sift in corn flour vanilla essence, add sugar and beat until smooth
Lay wetted lunch paper over oven tray
Pile the mixture onto oven tray about the size of a medium cake
Preheat oven at 200 degrees, put pavlova in oven, reduce to 100 degrees.
Cook for one hours.
When it's baked, take it out and let it cool down before putting whipped cream on top
Garnish with kiwi fruit, strawberries, etc.
