Mapo Tofu (From Yolande Hoy Fong)
1 Onion, diced
1 tsp Garlic, crushed
Hot Chinese Sauce
1 Desert Spoon Corn flour
1 Cup Chicken Stock (or water)
Fry pork mince and add the diced onion and a teaspoon of crushed
Fry until onion is soft and mince is brown.
Sprinkle a little sesame oil over and stir through.
Add oyster sauce and hot Chinese sauce to taste.
Add a dessert spoon of corn flour mixed with a cup of chicken stock or water.
Stir over heat until the sauce is thickened.
Serve on rice.
